About Kelly
Hello!I'm Kelly — a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Latina therapist who understands how overwhelming life can feel, especially when you're carrying things that aren't always visible to others. I work with adults and teens (12+) navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
My approach isn't about "fixing" you. It's about getting curious together — about your patterns, your story, and the systems that have shaped your experiences. I draw from mindfulness, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, but more importantly, I focus on creating a space that feels real, collaborative, and grounded.
No judgment. No pressure. No expectation that you have to have it all figured out.
Just space to breathe, feel heard, and start making changes that actually fit your life.
